Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near Yale and 71st Street, making it easy to reach various places like Saint Francis Medical Center. The rooms showed signs of wear and tear, possibly due to smoking, with some carpet damage. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. The dining experience provided a good selection of breakfast options. The location offers proximity to many conveniences like gas stations, fast food restaurants, and a pharmacy, although the rooms were not available due to a housekeeping issue with the washing machine.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were immaculately clean and way above my expectations in terms of comfort. The service was exceptional, especially when they promptly returned my call regarding their cancellation policy. The location was superb, near great restaurants and in a secure area near key establishments in Tulsa. Dining was not sampled, but the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, though old and noisy overlooking the parking lot, were eventually amazing. The service, however, stood out with exceptional and super friendly staff offering grocery shopping and laundry assistance. The location, perfect for being near the hospital and the middle of Tulsa, was convenient for my specific needs. The dining experience, although below average and with cold eggs overloaded with onions, had some decent options like eggs, bacon, waffles, and oatmeal. Overall, a mixed experience but with notable positives and negatives.
